One of the key concepts through all of these methods is the “Miracle of Compounding”. Compounding is the exponential effect of growing your money with time (see Compound Interest). It allows an investor to reinvest their interest to receive additional interest at a later date. Once you understand how compounding (i.e. interest on interest) works, you are well on your journey to becoming financially independent.
